Approval of the Drought Contingency Plan 2025. (Heldenbrand/Longway)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Chantel Longway
The Roswell Drought Contingency Plan is to provide the City of Roswell with an updated approach to address drought as well as support and promote water conservation to protect the population, cultural and natural resources through:
a) synthesizing previous drought plan efforts and streamlining the content;
b) making strategic adjustments to the previous conservation efforts; and
c) laying a foundation for future collaborative improvements.
