ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval of Aevex Aerospace, LLC to enter into a 5-year lease beginning October 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2030, for Bunker 1136 and Bunker 1142 at the Roswell Air Center. (Heldenbrand/Thompson)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Bobbi Thompson
Aevex Aerospace, LLC, requests to enter into a 5-year lease for Bunker 1136, consisting of 1,560 square feet, more or less, and Bunker 1142, consisting of 200 square feet, more or less, located at the Roswell Air Center, commencing on October 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2030.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord, as rent, the sum of three thousand eight hundred thirty-nine dollars and fifty-one Cents (3,839.51), payable in 12 monthly installments of $319.96, for Bunker 1136. Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord as rent the sum of four hundred ninety-two dollars and eighteen cents ($492.18), payable in 12 monthly installments of $41.01 for Bunker 1142.

City Attorney has reviewed this lease.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Legal Committee recommended approval 5-0 at its meeting on November 18, 2025.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends to proceed as presented.
