Approval of award of ITB-26-005, Annual Maintenance Contract to Abrahams Construction. (Corn/MacCornack)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: James MacCornack
Bids were received on November 12, 2025, for the subject project and have been reviewed. A Bid Tabulation is attached. Three bids were received:
1. Abrahams Construction, Albuquerque, NM
2. J&H Services, Inc, Albuquerque, NM
3. KE&G Construction, Inc, Tucson, AZ
Please see the attached Recommendation of Award Letter. The average of Abraham's Construction's unit price on this bid is $146.04, J&H Services average unit price is $1,308.54, and KE&G Construction's average unit price is $4,360.85.
