The property is located at 212 E 12th Street, Roswell, Chaves County, New Mexico. This property was used in the past by the Parks Department.

The total purchase price for the property shall be $36,000. This property was independently appraised at $36,000 for 1.25 Acres.

The City Attorney prepared the Purchase and Sale Contract, and this item was submitted to Legal for review at the October 23rd meeting. 

At the October 23rd Legal Committee meeting, this item had one revision added to the sales contract and was passed to the Consent Agenda 5-0, and was sent to City Council for the Right to Advertise the Public Hearing on November 13th. Approve Ordinance 25-07: An Ordinance for the sale of Real Property, located at 212 E 12th Street, and approve the sale contract with Jeffery Miller to purchase the property.
