ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval of Final Plat to replat 5 lots into 8 lots for 8 single-family residential lots in the 800 Block W College Blvd and the 1500 Blocks of North Michigan Avenue and North Kansas Avenue. (Halvorson/Hildreth)

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
There are no additional costs associated with this request.
LEGAL REVIEW:
The proposed Final Plat requires Planning & Zoning Commission review and final decision by City Council on December 11, 2025.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
At the December 9, 2025, public hearing, based upon the Land Use and Zoning Considerations, Findings of Fact, Staff Recommendation, and materials provided, the Planning & Zoning Commission is requested to review, introduce a motion, and vote on a recommendation to City Council regarding Zoning Case MPLAT-25-0180Request Planning & Zoning Commission review, discuss, and vote on Zoning Case MPLAT-25-0180.
