Consider Recommendation to City Council of Black Diamond Maywood Subdivision Final Plat MPLAT-25-0180 in the 800 Block of W College.
BACKGROUND:
Black Diamond Maywood Subdivision replat 5 lots into 8 lots for 8 single-family residential lots in the 800 Block of West College Blvd and the 1500 Block of North Michigan Avenue and North Kansas Avenue.

REVIEW:
Planning & Zoning Commission review the case, discuss, and vote a recommendation to City Council which will hear the case on December 11, 2025.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
P&Z Commission hold a public hearing and vote a recommendation to City Council.
