ACTION REQUESTED:
Consider approval of Zoning Case VAR-25-0181 to approve a Variance to the Street Side Yard Setback for 1501 N Kansas Ave in R-3.
BACKGROUND:
Zoning Case VAR-25-0181 is a request for a variance to allow a 16’ street side yard setback for construction of a single-family home on the proposed corner lot 15A of Black Diamond Maywood Subdivision in the R-3 Residential District on the northeast corner of the 800 Block of West College Blvd and North Kansas Avenue intersection (proposed future address 1501 N Kansas Avenue).

The Variance application requires Planning & Zoning Commission review and vote.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Planning & Zoning Commission hold a public hearing to review, discuss, and vote on Zoning Case VAR-25-0181.
