ACTION REQUESTED:
Consider approval of Zoning Case VAR-25-0182 to approve a Variance to the Street Side Yard Setback for 1500 N Michigan Ave in R-3.
BACKGROUND:
A request for a variance to allow a 16’ street side yard setback for construction of a single-family home on the proposed corner lot 14A of Black Diamond Maywood Subdivision in the R-3 Residential District on the northwest corner of the 800 Block of West College Blvd and North Michigan Avenue intersection (proposed future address 1500 N Michigan Avenue).

The Variance application requires Planning & Zoning Commission review and vote.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Request Planning & Zoning Commission hold a public hearing to review, discuss, and vote on Zoning Case VAR-25-0182.
