ACTION REQUESTED:
Resolution 26-03: Condemnations - adoption of Resolution 26-03 the Resolution shall require the removal or demolition of one (1) dilapidated structure. (Heldenbrand/Franco)

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Resolution and notice will be served to owners requiring action within fifteen (15) days. Demolition by the City will proceed if no action is taken and a lien will be placed on the property for cost ranging from $3,000 to $30,000 for each property for removal.
LEGAL REVIEW:
The City Attorney has reviewed the current resolution. Resolutions must be adopted by a majority vote of the entire City Council.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
This item went before Public Safety Committee meeting on December 18, 2025 and passed (5-0). This item did not go through Legal Committee due to December meeting cancelled.
