ACTION REQUESTED:
Consider Recommending Resolution 26-XX for support of projects in response to the NMDOT's December 2025 LGRF Funding, Call For Projects.
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: James MacCornack The NMDOT has issued a “Call For Projects” under the LGRF program. These are projects that should be considered easily ready for bidding or other procurement process. The funding level for awarded projects under the LGRF program is 75% NMDOT and 25% Local Match. Formal project awards will be in Fall 2026. Project that is proposed to apply for is Pavement Maintenance on West Country Club Road from Main St. to Washington St.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
This is for project application support. Any awarded projects would have to be budget adjusted, one formal award is received. Estimated project cost is $250,000 ($187,500 NMDOT, $62,500 City match).
LEGAL REVIEW:
Resolution has been submitted to City Attorney for review.
