BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Bobbi Thompson
AerSale, Inc requests to enter into a 10-year lease for Hangar No. 85, consisting of 101,223 square feet, more or less, located at the Roswell Air Center, commencing on October 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2035.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord as rent the sum of two hundred forty-three thousand nine hundred forty-seven dollars and forty-three cents ($243,947.43) payable in 12 monthly installments of $20,328.95, for Hangar No. 85.

City Attorney has reviewed this lease.

Legal Committee recommended approval 4-0 at its January 22, 2026, meeting.
