ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval of the City of Roswell Police Department to enter into a 5-year lease beginning March 1, 2026, ending February 28, 2031, for Building No. 500 at the Roswell Air Center.
BACKGROUND:

The City of Roswell Police Department requests to enter into a 5-year lease for Building 500, consisting of 23,0000 square feet and an adjacent area of land consisting of 5 acres more or less, located at the Roswell Air Center, commencing on March 1, 2026, and ending February 28, 2031.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
Tenant agrees to pay Landlord, as rent, the sum of three hundred sixty-eight thousand dollars and zero cents ($368,000.00), payable in 12 monthly installments of $30,666.67.
LEGAL REVIEW:
City Attorney has reviewed this lease.
