Public Safety referred to Legal Committee, (5-0), at their meeting on December 16, 2025. Legal Committee recommended approval 4-0 at its meeting on January 22, 2026. City Council recommended with a vote of 9-0 at its February 12, 2026, meeting to be referred back to Public Safety on February 17, 2026.
