ACTION REQUESTED:
Recommend approval of the City of Roswell's IT Department to enter into a month-to-month lease beginning March 1, 2026, for Building 92 at the Roswell Air Center (Cavin/Sanchez).
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: Michelle Sanchez
City of Roswell IT Department requests to enter into a month-to-month lease for Building 92, consisting of 17,963 square feet more or less, located at the Roswell Air Center, commencing on March 1, 2026.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Tenant agrees to pay Landlord as rent the sum of Forty-One Thousand Six hundred seventy-four dollars and sixteen cents ($41,674.16), payable in 12 monthly installments of $3,472.85.
LEGAL REVIEW:
City Attorney has reviewed this lease.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The Legal Committee recommended approval 5-0 to send to the full city council agenda at its meeting on March 26, 2026.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Proceed as presented.
