Consider recommending Resolution 26-XX for closing Asset Management Plan Grant from New Mexico Finance Authority
BACKGROUND:
In 2023 the City obtained a grant from New Mexico Finance Authority to create an Asset Management Plan for the City of Roswell. Souder, miller, and Associates was retained to prepare the plan for the City of Roswell.
The Asset Management Plan was approved by City Council in March 2026. Resolution 26-XX under consideration is to close the grant agreement with New Mexico Finance Authority and receive final reimbursement.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION:
Final reimbursement of $12,007.90 to be received from NMFA.
