Hold a closed session - pursuant to
NMSA 1978, § 10-15-1H (2), to discuss limited personnel matters pertaining to City Manager,
NMSA 1978, § 10-15-l(H)(5), to discuss attorney-client privileged communication relating to Union Negotiations, in which the City of Roswell is or may become a participant,
NMSA 1978, § 10-15-1H (7), to discuss attorney-client privilege pertaining to threatened or pending litigation in which the public body is or may become a participant relating. (Corn/Nairn-Mahan)

BACKGROUND:

Hold a closed session - pursuant to NMSA 1978, § 10-15-1H (2), to discuss limited personnel matters pertaining to City Manager and NMSA 1978, § 10-15-l(H)(5), to discuss attorney-client privileged communication relating to Union Negotiations, in which the City of Roswell is or may become a participant.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION

To be reviewed with the Council

LEGAL REVIEW:

Pursuant to NMSA 1978, § 10-15-1(H) & (I), a majority of a quorum of the City Council may vote to enter closed session to discuss a narrow range of topics. No action may be taken during the closed session.

BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:

There is no board or committee review.
