Resolution 26-45: Approval of Resolution 26-45: Participation in FY 2027 LGRF NMDOT funding program. (Gass/MacCornack)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by: James MacCornack
The City was notified that we have been awarded FY 2027 funding under the NMDOT LGRF program. City was awarded a project for pavement maintenance on W. Country Club in the amount of $300,445 ($225,334 NMDOT funds, $75,111 City Match).

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Awarded funds can be requested upon City completing procurement process and issuing a notice to proceed to the contractor. Unused funds have to be returned to NMDOT.
LEGAL REVIEW:
Resolution has been submitted to the City Attorney for review.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Finance Committee on 8/10/2026 voted 4-0 to recommend this item to the City Council.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Proceed as presented.
