Approval for Custom Construction II, LLC, to enter into a 1-year lease beginning October 15, 2026, and ending October 14, 2027, for a parcel of land at the Roswell Air Center. (Arnold/Sanchez)
BACKGROUND:

Custom Construction II, LLC has requested to enter into a one-year lease at the Roswell Air Center consisting of 90,000 square feet, more or less. The lease premises will be utilized for the dismantling of transitional aircraft. The proposed lease term will commence on October 15, 2026, and expire on October 14, 2027.

Tenant agrees to pay forty thousand dollars and zero cents ($40,000.00), payable in 12 monthly installments of $3,333.33.

City Attorney has reviewed this lease.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The Legal Committee voted 5-0 to recommend approval of the new lease between ROW and Custom Construction II, LLC at its September 24, 2026 meeting.
