The City was notified that we have been awarded FY 2027 funding under the NMDOT TPF program. City was awarded a project for pavement rehab and ADA improvements on S. Atkinson Rd from McGaffey to Brasher in the amount of $2,733,000 ($2,596,350 NMDOT funds, $136,650 City Match).

LEGAL REVIEW:
Resolution has been submitted to City Attorney for review.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
Infrastructure Committee voted 5-0 on 9/21/2026 to send this item to the Finance Committee. The Finance Committee recommended approval 5-05 at its meeting on October 1, 2026.
