Approval of a budget adjustment for an award from the New Mexico Board of Finance Emergency Operating Fund Grant in the amount of $970,000.00, and authorization of a purchase order to 411 Equipment, LLC in the amount of $960,055.12, for the purchase of two (2) Mini Rescue Pumers with NFPA-compliant equipment and Amkus Rescue Tools, to be included on the Consent Agenda. This procurement will be made under CES Contract #2024-24-C115-ALL. (Chavez)

Consider approval of a budget adjustment in the amount of $123,270 to fund the Paladin Drones software and equipment contract. This adjustment will re-establish funding that should have been carried over from FY25 but was not included in the FY26 Police Department budget. (Aldana)

Approval to move money from the Roswell Police Department school district line item (SRO) to provide thirteen (13) non-union, civilian employees of the Roswell Police Department with over one (1) year of service with a $2,000 one-time retention bonus. (Aldana)
