MEETING INFORMATION: Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02; Town Code §2-04-010, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Local Board will hold a meeting open to the public on October 22, 2026, at 11:30am located in Conference Room #406 at the Prescott Valley Civic Center, 7501 E Skoog Blvd. Prescott Valley, Arizona, 4th Floor. Action may be taken by the Board on any item listed on this agenda. Copies of the Agenda and supplementary materials are available on the Town’s website at www.prescottvalley-az.gov or the Office of the Town Clerk, 7501 E Skoog Blvd.
NOTICE OF OPTION TO RECESS INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board may vote to go into Executive Session on any agenda item, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(2) or (3) for the purpose of discussion or consideration of records exempt by law from public inspection or discussion or consultation for legal advice with its attorney or attorneys on matters regarding any item on this agenda.
MEETING PROTOCOL: The Chair or other presiding officer at the meeting may change the order of Agenda items and/or take items on the Agenda in an order they determine is appropriate [A.R.S. §38-431.02(H); Town Code §§2-02-040(B) & 2-04-060].

CALL TO THE PUBLIC: At this time, any member of the public is allowed to address the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Local Board on any issue within the jurisdiction of the Board. Those wishing to address the Board need not request permission in advance. The Board is not permitted to discuss or act on any item raised in the call to the public unless the item is specifically noticed for discussion and legal action. However, individual Board members may be permitted to respond to criticism directed to them. Otherwise, the board may direct that staff review the matter or that the matter be placed on a future agenda. The Board shall not discuss or take legal action on matters raised during an open Call to the Public, unless the matters are properly noticed for discussion and legal action.
