Discussion and possible action to approve the 2024-2025 Third Party Funding Application, set submission dates and deadlines for Third Party funding, and recommending the application period to be from May 14, 2024 to June 13, 2024 at 5:00 pm, and any other matters incident thereto.
Issue: Third Party Applications must be submitted with ample time in order to review and approve/deny funding and prepare for the next fiscal year’s budget.
Solution: Set date (s) to solicit Third Party Funding Applications in order to have enough time to review and approve/deny funding and prepare for next fiscal year’s budget.
Result: Webb County shall provide Third Party Funding eligible organizations that provide a purpose in the community.
