Issue: The County Attorney’s Office is utilizing grant funds for the purchase of a law enforcement unit through the Operation Stone Garden Grant.

Solution: Authorize the purchase to the lowest responsible bidder meeting all the requirements requested by the County Attorney’s Office.

Result: If approved by the Commissioners Court, the order will be issued on the same day of approval. The estimated time of delivery is expected between 15–30 days.
