Issue: Grant funding anticipated to be left over needs to be utilized before the end of the performance period.
Solution: Transfer grant funds to utilize for the purchase of needed safety equipment.
Result: Grant funds will be available to be used in a permissable manner for the purchase of needed safety equipment.
