Discussion and possible action to approve, by Order, the following budget amendment to increase revenues and expenditures in the amount of $95,000.00 for both accounts stipulated below for the Webb County Fairgrounds Fund 2031 for Pavilion events. [Requested by Rafael Perez, Webb County Auditor]
Issue: Webb County Fairgrounds has received revenues from operations that require disbursements to fairgrounds contractual vendors.
Solution: Increase the budget in both expense accounts to cover fairgrounds operations.
Result: Have the appropriate budget to report revenues and related expenditure line items by source.
