Discussion and possible action authorizing a Resolution approving an Inter local Agreement under Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code by and between Webb County, Legacy Water Supply Corporation, Legacy Municipal Management District, and the City of Laredo for the provision of reliable groundwater and the creation of an administrative agency thereunder; and any other matters incident thereto.
