Discussion and possible action to ratify an amendment to the CoreCivic Inter-Governmental Service Agreement (IGSA) 70CDCR24DIG000001 at the Webb County Detention Center in Laredo, TX, in order to incorporate Wage Determinations (WD) by the Department of Labor for positions. Said positions shall include conformance of a Chaplin, a Manager, Learning & Development, and a Warehouse Coordinator; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
