Discussion and possible action to enter into a Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA) with the Texas Department of Housing and Affairs under the Community Development Block Grant Coronavirus Resiliency Program (CDBG-CRP) committing to the construction and operation of public facilities for the purpose of utilizing the facility as a health center for a minimum of 5 years.
