Discussion and possible action to ratify, by Order, a budget amendment to the Sheriff's Office Forfeiture Funds by increasing the expenditure budget by $8,818.75; said amount is available from seized funds pursuant to U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) equitable sharing agreement; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: A transfer is needed to be completed for the cash match journal entry for the Sheriff’s Office FY 2024 Body Worn Camera Grant Project (Grant Fund #2743).
Solution: Place an agenda item for ratification of the line item transfer.
Result: The required cash match will be available.
