Discussion and possible action to authorize the purchase of selected portable restroom trailers as presented by the Webb County Purchasing Agent for the Webb County Fairgrounds Department and/or any other County site as deemed necessary by Commissioners Court and to further authorize the transfer of funds from the General Operating Reserve fund to the Webb County Fairgrounds capital outlay account in an amount not to exceed the total cost of selected portable restrooms and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Portable Restrooms are needed for year round events scheduled at the Webb County Fairgrounds and/or as needed for other County sponsered events or operations.  

Solution: Review and consider authorizing the purchase of selected portable restrooms with trailers subject to budget availability.
 
Result: If approved, proceed with the transfer of funds and order as directed by the Commissioners Court.
