Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Laredo Independent School District (L.I.S.D) and Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start Program at Sanchez-Ochoa Elementary. This MOU establishes the terms and conditions under which L.I.S.D. and Webb County Head Start will share in the operations and monitoring of four (4) full day pre-kindergarten classrooms. The terms of the MOU shall be for a period of five (5) scholastic calendar years (2024-2025 school year through the 2028-2029 school year) at a yearly cost of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), subject to annual budget appropriation and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
