Discussion and possible action to accept and approve a revision to the Webb County Community Action Agency (WCCAA) Advisory Board By-Laws; and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. The By-Laws were endorsed and approved by the Advisory Board during the July 30, 2024, WCCAA Advisory Board Meeting. The proposed changes apply to Article I- Section 2. Address, Article V- Section 1. a. through c., Article V- Section 2. Residency and Employment, Article V- Section 4. c. Vacancy, Article V- Section 5. Removal, Article VII- Section 2. Special Meeting, Article VII- Section 6. a. Attendance, Article VIII- Section 1. a. through f. Committee Structure, Article XII Public Comments. 

Issue: This revision was completed as per request from the WCCAA Advisory Board to ensure that the document would be updated as necessary. 

Solution: Approval by the Governing Body.

Result: Once approved by the Governing Body, a signed copy of the WCCAA Advisory Board By-Laws will be provided to each board member.
