Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Laredo Independent School District (L.I.S.D.) and Webb County Head Start/Early Head Start Program at J.C. Martin Elementary. This MOU establishes the terms and conditions under which L.I.S.D. and Webb County Head Start will share in the operation and monitoring of four (4) full day pre-kindergarten classrooms. The term of the MOU shall be for a period of five (5) scholastic calendar years (2024-2025 school year through the 2028-2029 school year) at a yearly cost of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), subject to annual budget appropriation and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
