Issue: The Webb County Commissioners Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to secure annual contract pricing for the listed products/goods.
Solution: Consideration to authorize the annual contracts listed for use effective October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025.
Result: Annual contract pricing is fixed and vendors will provide the products/goods when needed by county departments, contingent upon budget availability.
