Discussion and possible action to enter into a Service Agreement between Webb County for the benefit of the Texas Emergency Network Diversion (TEND) Court Program and for Holy Family Psychotherapy Training Institute, PLLC under TEND Grant $4325004 for mental health services from October 1, 2024, through September 30th, 2025 at an amount not to exceed Twenty-Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), subject to annual budget appropriations and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Texas Emergency Network Diversion (TEND) Court will enter into a contract with Holy Family Psychotherapy Training Institute, PLLC.
Solution: The TEND Court is an Office of the Governors (OOG) grant, and will pay for services in a timely manner provided by Holy Family Psychotherapy Training Institute, PLLC.
Result: Holy Family Psychotherapy Training Institute, PLLC, will provide mental/therapy services for the TEND Court youth according to this contract.

The TEND Court provides various modes of therapy through community service providers and preventive educational sessions as a means of intervention and redirection.
