Discussion and possible action to approve a professional services agreement from (November 1, 2024 - September 29, 2025) between Webb County for the benefit of the Veterans Treatment Program and Christina Lee Garza for Telehealth services associated with Substance Use and Mental Health Treatment counseling of the Webb Veterans Treatment Program funded by SAMHSA Grant No. 1H79TI087234-01 in the amount of Three Thousand Seven Hundred-Fifty Dollars ($3,750.00) per month for a total cost not to exceed Forty-One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($41,250.00) for 11 months of service; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Telehealth Treatment Services for the Veterans Treatment Court requires authorization by the Commissioners Court.

Solution: Approval of the Contractual Services will allow the Treatment Provider to provide telehealth services for all eligible participants on active duty as required by SAMHSA Funding Agency.

Result: The Veterans Treatment Program will be able to continue to provide services and operate fully as a treatment program.
