Issue: Webb County is currently seeking to retain the professional services of a Civil Engineer to provide plans, specifications and opinions of probable costs for various paving projects on an as-needed basis and to assist the County in establishing a standard specifications manual for the construction and maintenance of county roadways.
 
Solution: Consideration awarding the highest-ranking respondent for the requested professional services.  These services will be assigned on an as-needed basis for various projects and efforts initiated by the Webb County Commissioners Court for a two (2) year performance period.
 
Result: If approved, General Counsel will proceed to negotiate a professional services contract and return to Commissioners Court for final execution of the agreement.
