Discussion and possible action to create an Overtime line item in Department #5040-007 Public Health Services in the amount of $20,000 with further action to transfer funds from within the department (Account #1001-5040-007-462000 - Wellness Employee Clinic Expenditures) and make an exception to the personnel policy to allow Overtime to be paid to staff for extra time worked after hours and on weekends; and any other matters incident thereto.
