Issue: The capital outlay account (470000) requires additional funds to cover the purchase of folding round tables and folding table dollies.
Solution: This transfer will allow the 1848 Event Center to cover the purchase of 100 folding round tables, and 13 folding table dollies.
Result: Purchase tables and dollies.
