Discussion and possible action to enter an Order of the Webb County Commissioners Court setting the terms of Court for Webb County's Statutory County Court 1 and 2 and any matters incident thereto: authorizing the County Judge to sign the Order.

 In 2012 the statute setting the Terms of Court for County Statutory County Courts was changed to require the Commissioners Court of each county to formally set the terms of court.  The previous statute set the terms of court as the first Mondays in January, March, May, July, September, and November of each year and the Courts have kept to this schedule.  The proposed Order sets the same Terms of Court and complies with the statutory requirement that the Commissioners Court set the Terms of Court.
