Discussion and possible action to award Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2025-009 “Fesco Building Fleet Equipment and Installation” to the lowest responsible bidder TRS Equipment, LLC., for the purchase, installation and staff training of fleet operation equipment to be located at the Webb County Fesco Building to include all required materials/supplies, labor and equipment for an amount not to exceed $368,474.02, pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code, Sub-Chapter C. Issue: Commissioners Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to solicit competitive bids for fleet operation equipment to be located at the Webb County Fesco Building.
 
Solution: Consideration to award ITB 2025-009 “Fesco Building Fleet Equipment and Installation” to TRS Equipment, LLC.
 
Result: If approved, General Counsel will prepare the necessary legal documents, if required, for the awarded bid amount for final execution by the Webb County Judge.

On May 12th, 2025, Commissioner’s Court voted to authorize the Webb County Purchasing Agent to secure formal competitive bids/proposals for equipment and installation of the fleet shop equipment for the newly acquired building located at 4801 Fesco Blvd.
