Issue: Webb County Commissioners Court authorized the formal solicitation for the professional architectural services needed for the partial restoration and remodeling of the Webb County Rock House Property located at 920 Houston Street.
 
Solution: Consideration to accept the rankings and award the public solicitation for architectural services to the recommended firm as presented by the Purchasing Agent and the Evaluation Committee. 
 
Result: If approved, authorize General Counsel to prepare the professional architectural service agreement for approval by the Webb County Commissioners Court.
