Discussion and possible action to authorize the submission of the 2025-2026 Apache Tree Grant Program as developed for the donation of trees for Webb County facilities; and authorizing the County Judge to act as the County's Executive Officer and Authorized Representative in all matters pertaining to the County's participation in the Apache Tree Program. This grant application does not require a cash match.

Issue: Webb County facilities are limited to greenery.
 
Solution: The award of this grant will allow the beautification by planting trees in these areas.
 
Result: To provide trees to Webb County facilities.

Webb County applied for the 2024-2025 Apache Tree Program and received trees for Community Centers in Precinct 1 and the Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program in Precinct 2. 

The court approves the submission of this grant on a yearly basis.
