Discussion and possible action to enter into a service agreement with Civic Plus to redesign and host Webb County’s website in an amount not to exceed $127,924.00 in the initial year and $33,855.00 plus 5% yearly increase in subsequent years. (GSA contract GS-35F-0124U); pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code §271.101, & §271.102, Sub-Chapter F. Cooperative Purchasing Program and to further authorize a transfer of $65,000.00 from Account #1001-1280-001-443000-110 (Repairs and Maintenance Software) to Account #1001-1280-001-432001 (Professional Services) and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #1001-1280- 001-432001 (Professional Services)]
 
Issue: It has been over five years since the County’s website has been redesigned. 
 
Solution: Enter into a service agreement with a company that is experienced in designing/building government websites.  
 
Result: Webb County will have an agreement to redesign, host and maintain its website.
