Discussion and possible action to ratify an amendment to the Inter-Governmental Service Agreement (IGSA) 70CDCR24DIG000001 and 70CDCR24FIGR00077 in which ICE has adjusted the funds paid to CoreCivic (the owner of the Webb County Detention Center, in Laredo, TX) by entering into a de-obligation agreement for excess funds in the amounts as follows: A decrease from $12,371,058.00, by $86,295.31 to $12,284,762.69; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
