Issue: Current grant funding expires on August 31, 2025. The Victims Coordinator and Liaison Grant (VCLG) has not received a notice of award for the new grant.
 
Solution: Grant a payroll extension effective October 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, for Personnel working under this grant.
 
Result: Continued funding for the Victim Coordinator and Liaison Grant (VCLG) personnel to assist Victim's of crime as mandated by the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Article 56.04, specifically Crime Victim Liaisons (CVL) in law enforcement agencies.
