Discussion and possible action to enter into a Master Agreement with Ardurra Group Inc. to provide Water and Wastewater Consulting Services for Webb County Utilities Department. [No effect on budget, will be billed for work as needed through approved work authorizations.

Issue: The County has exceeded the regulatory limits of disinfection byproducts in its water in years past and requires a treatment assessment with possible action to remediate any issues.
 
Solution: The County will enter into a Master Agreement with Audurra Group, Inc. to conduct a treatment assessment and work on an as needed basis with separate Task Orders being executed for approval of the Court for services.
 
Result: The water at the Webb County water treatment plant will meet regulatory standards.
