Discussion with possible action to authorize the use of the limo golf carts of the Fairgrounds Department - 1848 Event Center for the United Day School Grandparents Day Event on September 5, 2025 contingent to a signed Release of Liability and proof of Liability Insurance; and any other matters incident thereto.
