Discussion and possible action to approve the following annual bid contracts listed below for services effective October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, and to further authorize General Counsel to prepare the annual goods/products and service contracts for signature and execution by the Webb County Judge and any other matters incident thereto.

Bid No. 2026-09 Motor Rewinds:

Issue: The Webb County Commissioners Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to secure annual contract pricing for the listed products/goods & services.
Solution: Consideration to authorize the annual contracts listed for required purchases of services during the fiscal year-end 2026.
Result: Annual contract pricing is fixed and vendors will provide the products/goods or services when needed by county departments, contingent upon budget availability.
