Discussion and possible action to continue paying grant-funded personnel under the Office of the Governor, Grant No. 4325004, Texas Emergency Network Diversion Court Program, Ninety (90) days, until notification of a grant continuation award from the Criminal Justice Division by the Office of the Governor, Public Safety Office. Issue: Current grant funding expires September 30, 2025. The Texas Emergency Network Diversion Court has not received notice of award for the new grant. Unless this item is approved, personnel working under said grant will not be paid after September 30, 2025. 

Solution: Grant a 90-day payroll extension for employees working under this grant. 

Result: The Texas Emergency Network Diversion Court will continue to identify and provide services to youths aged 10 to 17, and resource assistance to young adults and adults up to 21 to 22 years of age, at risk of exploitation, human trafficking, and/or commercial sexual exploitation.
